The crazy snowy weather kept us indoors this past Saturday. Thankfully we decided to carve pumpkins and it was a great family activity. Adam cut the top off. Evan and Jake scooped the pulp and seeds out. Then they sorted the seeds out onto a baking sheet. I carved the face while we baked our seeds. Then finally we lit a candle and placed it inside our pumpkin to see it turn into a Jack-O-Lantern.
