Despite the wet afternoon, we still went to the annual Rose Park Halloween party yesterday. There was apple cider, cookies, and pumpkins for all the kids. It was so cute to see all the youngsters dressed in costume. Evan this year has been talking all about being a ghost! So, with a little creativity, I turned a pillowcase into a ghost costume. It did look homemade but Evan was the best ghost I've ever seen! He greeted everyone he saw we a great big "BOO!". Jake on the other hand, refused to put a costume on. It is nice that the neighborhood host these events. I am thankful for all that we've been able to enjoy while living in this area.
