Jake just turned 7 months old! He is doing a better job squirming and reaching and figuring out a way to get to the toy he wants. It doesn't look like crawling yet but he is working hard to get it all figured out. He is also a huge fan of green beans and peas! He loves them! He also loves snacking on Mum Mums! Swinging at the park is another favorite of his. The joy I see on his face is so wonderful! His smile couldn't be bigger when he is being pushed back and forth.

Evan is loving to climb and jump! I want to encourage this but at the same time his adventurous attitude scares me. Thankfully he is tough. If he falls or goes for a spill he usually just has to give it a quick rub and is okay.

This past weekend we took a family outing to the National Mall then to the Natural History Museum. We all loved it! Such a treat to have so much to do just minutes from our home!
