On Sunday we took Evan to the Arlington County Fair. Fairs are one of Adam's and my favorite late summer, early fall activities but it was a first for Evan. I think he loved it! We took him on the merry-go-round. I put him on a horse that moved up and down. As we went round and round his hair was waiving in the wind and he was looking all around. It was great!
Fair food is a treat too. This time we got a gyro (as you can see I thoroughly enjoyed it) and teriyaki chicken with fried rice and noodles. We gave Evan some of the fried rice and he loved it. He got a huge smile on his face every time we gave him a bite.
Going to the fair is a classic family activity and our little family of 3 (almost 4) enjoyed every minute!
