Evan is phasing out his naps. At 4 years old this is normal.  Thankfully he does play quietly when Jake and Siena are napping and I still get a little break.  The other day I found him in a big box, book in hand and enjoying a small snack! Talk about being independent!

Evan has been struggling with nail biting. To motivate him I promised him a trip to get a new toy if he didn't bite his nails. It worked! He got to go to the store and he picked out the Night in Shinning Amour outfit. Jake got an his body amour as well, for just being a supportive little brother. Both boys love playing and "fighting". We are working on making sure to fight " just pretend" and only use the sword on "dragons", a.k.a street signs.

My baby girl is doing so well sitting up all by herself. She is working on cutting 2 new teeth too. Her poor gums are swollen and red but she is being a trooper. I think the bottom 2 teeth will pop out within a week! She is doing well with eating too. She likes carrots and peas.  Sometimes she enjoys banana and applesauce. She still hasn't taken a bottle yet. I am told that she might do better going straight to a sip cup or something with a straw. I am thankful my milk supply is enough to feed her and keep her healthy.  Our children are true blessings from God!!!!
