Today for the first time, Evan and I went to the pool! It is a short walk from our house and free for all DC residents. I put Evan in his long sleeve sun protective shirt, swim trunks, sun hat and life jacket and we were ready to go! He really liked sitting on the edge of the pool and splashing his feet. He also liked when I would hold him in the water and bounce him up and down. It seemed like he enjoyed watching all the other kids play and swim around us too. I am so glad that we went and had fun together!
